Do you ship worldwide?
Mostly. If your country isn’t listed, email us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. If not, maybe it’s time to move somewhere cooler.
Where do you ship from?
Straight outta Poland — because nothing screams premium like handcrafted European vibes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Sure, but only within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we’re like a freight train — unstoppable. But don’t worry, you can always return it later if you change your mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the big names: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and PayPal. If it’s plastic and swipes, we’re good to go.
How long does shipping take?
Between 3 and 6 business days, depending on how far away you are from fashion greatness.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If it’s been over 30 days and your package is still MIA, email us. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say "tracking number."
